Support with meal planning, preparation, mornings, personal routines, and household tasks — as authorized.
Transportation & appointment accompaniment
Safe, reliable transportation and company for medical, legal, and community appointments where authorized.
Community participation
Support for outings, community events, and everyday participation in neighborhood life.
Important note
Housing does not automatically include home & community support
Residential housing and home & community support are separate service lines. A resident does not automatically receive companionship, personal care, transportation, medication assistance, or nursing services. Each service is provided only when it is authorized, fits the individual's support plan, and is within our approved scope.
